Referral Programme
If you directly introduce a candidate to a Talent Logic consultant, whom we place, whether they be family, friends, colleagues or simply acquaintances, we'll reward you $400-800*
All you need to do is carefully read the program conditions below and then if you're eligible simply fill out the form here and the reward is yours!
• You need to fill out the referral form within one month of the referred candidate being placed by Talent Logic;
• You need to directly introduce the candidate via e-mail or telephone to a Talent Logic staff member (Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant etc);
• Placements must be made within three (3) months of the referral;
• Bonus payments will only be made when the referred candidate is actually placed by Talent Logic and in the position for 1 month;
• Payroll Services contractors are excluded;
• After processing, the reward will be included in your next payment if you are a Talent Logic contractor. Alternatively, the reward will be mailed to you if you are not an Talent Logic contractor; and
• It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the referral has been employed by Talent Logic.
