Job Description: Be a key member to driver the HRIS project and contribute to the smooth implementation of the HRIS system to completion
Develop Project implementation plan that includes delivery milestones, work plans and communication efforts to build commitment to the project vision
Be a change manager who works closely with external consultants to lead and manage the change process through understanding and resolving key concerns
Responsible for the preparation of manpower statistical reports

Job Requirements: Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
You should possess a Degree or the equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in HRIS work.
You should be able to work independently and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be energetic, motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges.
