Job Description:
The position will play a supporting role in the operations & smooth delivery of the company's secured projects, engineered packages supply & and related services.
To understand the technicalities & requirements of a successful bid.
Manages the order with internal departments, suppliers and contractors till all contractual requirements are fulfilled.
Support internal departments & customers on the technical details of the order, application engineering and drawings/documents.
Ensure clients’ satisfaction, ensure follow-up and is accountable for taking proper decision and actions to maximize project efficiency & maintain/improve level of gross margins on projects.
Advocate on-time delivery at required level of quality, clearly communicate with clients; negotiate contract amendments if required.
Job Requirements:
ITE or poly and/or 1-3 years mechanical/electrical project experience preferred.
Preferably specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas/Power Generation & Controls or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill in English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office applications, other engineering software for eg. Autocad drafting experience will be advantageous.
